This site collects no data without your knowledge. The only data gathered is what you enter yourself in the contact form:

• full name;
• e-mail address;
• phone number, if you choose to provide it;
• the service your enquiry relates to;
• the content of your message.

The IP address and browser used at the time of sending are attached to the message received, for the sole purpose of countering automated submissions.

This data is used exclusively to answer your request for information or for a quotation, and to follow up on the exchange that results from it.

It is not used for marketing, profiling or automated decision-making of any kind.

Processing is based on steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, within the meaning of Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR: you write to us in order to obtain a service or a quotation.

Messages are received by the site publisher and by no one else.

Your data is never sold, rented or passed on to third parties. It only passes through the hosting provider o2switch, whose servers are located in France, and through the mail service used to read the messages.

No transfer outside the European Union takes place.

Messages received are kept for a maximum of three years from the last contact, then deleted.

Documents relating to invoiced work are kept longer where accounting law requires it.

This site uses no analytics, advertising or social network cookies. There is no Google Analytics and no tracking pixel.

A technical session cookie is set only at the moment you submit the form, in order to limit repeated submissions by bots. It expires when the browser is closed and allows no tracking whatsoever.

Your language choice, where it is remembered, is carried by the page address rather than by a cookie.

To render its appearance, the site loads a stylesheet and an icon set from third-party content delivery networks. Those services may therefore record your browser's IP address.

No personal data is sent to them by the site, and no tracking identifier is exchanged.

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Exchanges between your browser and the server are encrypted.

The form is protected against automated submissions and against mail header injection.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability.
